Well, this day, August 21st, marks a bit of an odd anniversary for me. Six years ago, on this day, I posted the first chapter of my original story; “The Dolphin’s Pearl”
Six years since I started something that I never could have predicted would become such a major part of my life.
After minimal activity for the last 5 years, I feel I owe a bit of an explanation to those of you who watch me; especially those of you who were originally drawn in by my writing, and were possibly expecting more.

Robin Williams is dead.
I think I'm still in shock. This man was one of the figureheads of my childhood, if not the defining figure. Second only to Calvin and Hobbes.
I grew up with this guy and continue to enjoy his stuff to this day. So many amazing movies! Good Will Hunting, Aladdin, Fern Gully, Jumanji, Flubber, Hook, Mrs. Doubtfire, Bicentennial Man, Good Morning Vietnam, Patch Adams, Dead Poets Society, Night At The Museum, What Dreams May Come, World's Greatest Dad, and quite simply one of the best comedians in history. His stand up comedy! Oh, dear god his stand up comedy! One of the funniest men in history.
